This is an example of how an international or multilanguage website would run. This would be the index or home page of your site, the default language in this case is English but could be any you chose. On the right is the language selector. If you click on a flag you will get this page presented in that language. When used as the site index page, it remembers your choice and starts with that each time so clients from different countries are always (after their first visit) greeted by a home page in their own language.
