{"id":540,"date":"2020-05-01T15:19:06","date_gmt":"2020-05-01T14:19:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.graphicz.co.uk\/blog\/?p=540"},"modified":"2020-05-01T15:19:09","modified_gmt":"2020-05-01T14:19:09","slug":"google-analytics-revenue-tracking-stopped-since-upgrade-to-swift","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.graphicz.co.uk\/blog\/google-analytics-revenue-tracking-stopped-since-upgrade-to-swift\/","title":{"rendered":"Google analytics revenue tracking stopped since upgrade to Swift"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Since implementing their Swift upgrade a client&#8217;s SEO people say that Google Revenue Tracking has stopped.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I had not made any changes to the Google codes and the code is present in view source on the receipt page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gary kindly looked at the issue and has advised the following:<br><br>These are two separate issues, one is a bug within swift, which can be resolved by going to &#8216;Design | Library | Layouts&#8217; and scrolling down to the &#8216;Web Page Inner Layout&#8217; and opening the layout &#8216;Receipt Page Bulk RWD&#8217;.<br><br>Scroll down to line: 60 where you should see: &#8211;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code>   window.uetq.push({ 'gv' : NETQUOTEVAR:ORDERTOTALBASEUNIT, 'gc': 'GBP' });<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p>and placing single quotation marks around NETQUOTEVAR:ORDERTOTALBASEUNIT so that it looks like this: &#8211;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code>window.uetq.push({ 'gv' : 'NETQUOTEVAR:ORDERTOTALBASEUNIT', 'gc': 'GBP' });<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p>The other is the location of the Google analytics code.
