At the end of March 2018, Google terminate the reCAPTCHA v1 service which is used for the Contact Us page in Sellerdeck Desktop sites, up to and including all versions of Sellerdeck 2016.
With Recaptcha V1 companies such as Sellerdeck were able to have licence keys that they could roll out to all their users. With Recaptcha v2 the licence keys are domain specific so each site owner will have to source their own keys. Fortunately this is not an onerous job.
You can register for your own reCAPTCHA keys at https://www.google.com/recaptcha/admin#list. You must log into your Google account, or create an account if you don’t have one.
Gary Green of Sellerdeck has written an excellent guide to upgrading to v2 and that is available at https://community.sellerdeck.com/showthread.php?t=57505. There are also downloads to update the contact form as well as the MailForm.pl script for versions 2013, 2014 and 2016 and code editing instructions that will allow the change in pretty well all versions.
