A number of customers are reporting that after a PayPal purchase the customer’s return to the website is being blocked, generating a script error and the customer is returned to a random page.
Apparently PayPal after having PDT as their preferred method and everyone moving from IPN, to PDT they are now back to IPN.
Therefore to enable the customer’s return to the website we need to whitelist all PayPal’s IP address on the hosting firewall
These are listed here at https://www.paypal.com/us/smarthelp/article/what-are-the-ip-addresses-for-live-paypal-servers-ts1056 .
Always check back to this list in case the IP addresses change.
